Responsibilities
Assist in collecting data, preparing materials, and supporting project teams on assigned initiatives
Participate in meetings and document key takeaways for project tracking and communication
Build and maintain positive working relationships throughout the organization
Attend leadership and department meetings to observe effective collaboration and communication in a healthcare setting
Collaborate with peers and staff from various departments to coordinate efforts and complete project tasks
Conduct research or benchmarking to understand current processes and identify potential improvement areas
Support data collection and basic analysis as needed
Communicate regularly with preceptors and project teams on progress and learnings
Manage time effectively and maintain professionalism while balancing multiple assignments
Prepare and deliver a brief presentation summarizing key learnings and contributions from the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
Demonstrated interest in healthcare administration, hospital operations and/or a long-term career in healthcare
Strong written and verbal communication skills, curiosity, and initiative
Current undergraduate or graduate student with a graduation date later than August 2026
Overall GPA 3.5 and above
