Data Entry Specialist

Manually enter and validate workforce data from Legion into Harri
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all employee records
Follow detailed data entry standards and quality assurance processes
Work closely with project leads and training staff
Handle sensitive employee information with care and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Manual data entry experience
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Coachable and open to feedback
Reliable and punctual
Strong organizational skills
Reliable transportation for required in‑person training
