As Senior Flutter Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain the REVIV3 mobile app using the Flutter framework while collaborating with designers and product managers to deliver a high-quality mobile experience.

Responsibilities
Lead developer of REVIV3 (Flutter-based mobile app) that meet design, performance, and scalability requirements
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to designing maintainable, extensible mobile solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a strong focus on long-term maintainability and best practices
Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across platforms
Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions
Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering standards
Support and mentor junior developers, helping elevate team capabilities and engineering practices
Stay current with Flutter, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the product
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required; no visa sponsorship available)
Proven experience as a Flutter developer with a portfolio of production mobile applications
Strong experience with Dart (required)
Experience with TypeScript (required)
Strong experience with HTML and CSS
Solid understanding of Flutter, including widgets, state management, and animations
Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Bloc, etc.)
Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Preferred
React experience (plus, not a requirement)
Experience with infrastructure, cloud environments, or deployment workflows
Broad technical understanding beyond the application layer
Experience in cross-platform or hybrid application environments
Exposure to automated testing practices
