Responsibilities

Managing, mentoring, and coaching SDRs to support their professional growth and performance
Holding the team accountable to meeting and exceeding pipeline creation goals and activity expectations
Fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
Enhancing the quality and quantity of meetings set through structured coaching and enablement
Leveraging Salesforce and performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and drive targeted coaching
Implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence partners to refine messaging, qualification criteria, and workflows that support pipeline success and sales alignment

Required

Three years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including cold calling and pipeline generation
2+ years of experience leading high-performing sales development teams, with a track record of exceeding team goals
Strong ability to engage with senior leaders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Comfort thriving in fast-paced, continuously evolving environments
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other inside sales technologies

Preferred

Experience with enterprise software is a strong advantage
Familiarity with pricing optimization, CPQ, CLM, and/or the Salesforce platform will enable you to ramp quickly
Ability to analyze performance data, identify areas of opportunity, and implement strategic improvements that drive results
Proven skill in building a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, and high performance
