Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for timely resolution of IT requests from end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email and ticketing system
Install, configure, and maintain Audio/Visual equipment, including TVs, sound systems and digital signage
Troubleshoot and repair audio and video equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure a positive member experience
Collaborate with IT team to maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VOIP phones, switches, and firewalls
Support and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems used for member check-ins and sales transactions
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance
Train club staff on basic Audio/Visual and IT tasks and provide guidance on equipment usage
Monitor equipment inventory and assist with procurement as needed
Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to propose system upgrades and improvements
Create and maintain detailed documentation for Audio/Visual and IT systems and configurations
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, vendors, trade professionals, and other business contacts

Required
