Responsibilities
Overseeing the development and maintenance of system solutions and resource allocation
Directing the operations of staff
Providing support for specific information technology (IT) projects
Collaborating with colleagues on IT and procurement projects
Maintaining open communication with business partners, internal staff, and external staff to implement program office initiatives and future procurements
Providing oversight and support to the IT and contracts management teams
Managing projects from inception to implementation for the program office
Informing executive leadership of barriers regarding initiative implementation
Qualification
Required
Seven years of business process analysis experience; or
One year as a Business Analyst 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Three years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
