Management Analyst Supervisor
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a committed Management Analyst Supervisor to join the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). This role involves overseeing the creation, support, and assessment of statewide training programs and managing quality assurance assessments to enhance purchasing and inventory management practices.

Responsibilities
Oversee the Training, Quality Assurance, and Issue Resolution Center
Engage in and oversee the creation, support, and assessment of statewide training programs focused on the Department's inventory management, procurement, purchasing, and purchasing card initiatives
Collaborate with supervisors from the Bureau of Office Services, subject matter experts across the Commonwealth, and various stakeholders
Manage the development of statewide quality assurance assessments aimed at enhancing organizations' purchasing and inventory management practices while mitigating risks to the agency
Supervise the handling of inquiries received through the Issue Resolution Center, including phone calls, emails, and remedy tickets from agency personnel statewide
Qualification
Required
One year of experience as a Management Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Three years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis work which included evaluating work methods, procedures or organizational structures, and a bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
This particular position also requires a current driver's license which is not under suspension
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
