Shared Services Supervisor

Responsibilities
Attract, develop and retain talent necessary to support business priorities
Ensure team and department goals are met by doing the following:
Track employee productivity
Review employee work product for accuracy and quality
Coach and mentor performing and non-performing employees
Provide key metric data/results for various management reporting routines
Complete special assignments necessary to support dynamic business needs
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Preferred
Property preservation experience, including investor and insurer requirements, strongly preferred
Previous management experience preferred
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
