Responsibilities
Lead and support engineering projects from concept through production, ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, and technical targets
Drive technical creativity and continuous improvement across product designs and manufacturing processes
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
Support new product launches, from prototypes and testing to scale-up and automation
Evaluate new materials, processes, and systems to enhance product performance
Troubleshoot equipment and provide on‑site customer support when needed
Participate in customer visits, field work, and industry conferences
Work within ISO 9001/17025 standards while promoting our Guiding Principles and mission
Qualification
Required
AURHTORIZED TO WORK IN US WITHOUT REQUIRING SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN FUTURE
Able to commute to Hartland, WI, without relocation assistance
A hands on, career minded engineer with a drive to learn, grow, and lead
A bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and technical communication skills
Experience leading projects and project management skills
Ability to work efficiently with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively
Creative thinking and a passion for continuous improvement
Experience with AutoCAD/3D modeling, FMEA/DFMEA and SAP or similar
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 35% primarily domestic
