Responsibilities
Shaping key requirements for (OFSC) Oracle Field Service Cloud Services and Supply Chain operations along with business stakeholders
Lead discussions for translating current business processes into standard Fusion functionalities, promoting standardization and simplification
Provide necessary inputs on the overall fusion solution during every phase of implementation for optimal deployment of client Services and Supply chain operations (Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Service Logistics, Order Mgmt., Costing (inventory sub ledger), and associated master data)
Develop, test, deploy, and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion, OFSC, and other third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and other integration patterns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) as a Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on services
Supply Chain modules experience
Minimum 4 years of experience on Oracle Fusion platform
Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, and security concepts related to Service and Supply Chain
Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective, scalable technical solutions
