Responsibilities
Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for IMS projects, including Promise & Sourcing modules
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress and manage dependencies
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and operations teams to align technical solutions with business goals
Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of IMS solutions
Partner with engineering teams to implement secure, high-performing systems leveraging APIs, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in program or project management with a technical background
Experience working in retail or supply chain domains
Experience in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
Experience in stakeholder management working as a point of contact for all parties
