SaaS Account Executive | EMS & Fire Experience
One Eighty Collective is a healthcare SaaS company that recently launched an AI-driven EMS documentation product aimed at public safety and fire departments. They are seeking a SaaS Account Executive to drive sales for this product, manage full-cycle sales motions, and help shape the go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Drive sales for an AI-powered product with strong product-market fit, sold as a standalone offering to EMS agencies, fire departments, and public safety customers
Run full-cycle SaaS sales motions with an average deal size of ~$40K and a 60–90 day sales cycle
Manage a mix of hunting new logos and farming existing accounts via a self-sourced pipeline and inbound and SDR leads
Help shape the go-to-market strategy for a newly defined sales motion
Represent the company at industry conferences, virtual demos, and in-person meetings as needed
Make an actual impact by delivering a product that makes a real difference for both users and patients
Qualification
Required
3-4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
History of achieving/surpassing quota
Background in EMS, fire, public safety, or adjacent tech verticals
Relevant deal sizes and sales cycles (40k avg deal, 2-3 month cycles)
Comfortable self-sourcing leads and operating in a hunter sales environment
Ability to explain technical or data-driven tools to non-technical operational buyers
Preferred
Experience selling into municipal, fire, or EMS agencies
