They are seeking a Software Support Analyst responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Comp-U-Floor software systems, troubleshooting software-related issues, and conducting user training.

Responsibilities
Assisting clients by providing technical and functional support for the Comp-U-Floor software systems
Troubleshooting software-related issues
Resolving customer inquiries
Providing user training
Conducting system updates or diagnostics
Collaboration with the development team to ensure timely solutions and excellent service delivery to clients
Qualification
Required
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for ERP software systems including basic accounting
Experience with SQL databases, Microsoft Windows environments, and diagnostic tools
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
Ability to conduct user training and provide technical guidance
Bachelor's degree or related experience in Information Technology or Business Accounting
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with software support in the flooring or similar industries
