Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans
Supervise field staff, manage trade sequencing, and ensure efficient project execution
Promote and enforce safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies
Conduct site assessments and develop logistics and milestone schedules
Review drawings, specifications, and constructability issues
Collaborate on labor planning, general conditions, and subcontractor scope reviews
Implement and maintain the project QA/QC and safety programs
Oversee RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Conduct inspections and manage pre-punch list completion
Oversee punch list completion, final inspections, and permit close-out
Verify as-built accuracy and coordinate system commissioning and owner training
Qualification
Required
10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a superintendent leadership role
Proven success managing large, complex projects (data centers, mission-critical, or similar)
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
