Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members, working under the guidance of the Design Director, to develop aesthetically pleasing and effective design solutions
Create innovative packaging and print materials for consumer product brand clients
Write or co-author style guides and brand playbooks
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of design experience in CPG, brand identity, packaging, marketing, and trade design
Proven track record of taking projects from concept to production, preferably within a design firm or agency environment
Experience with complex packaging design systems, including iconography and information management
Strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of work
Ability to manage time effectively while working on multiple projects with varying deadlines and commitments
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Capable of delivering clean, layered, production-ready files
Excellent communication skills
Dependable and self-motivated with a positive and can-do attitude
