Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle, including planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (all major protocols) and JMeter
Analyze business and non-functional requirements, including SLAs, and translate them into performance test strategies
Identify test parameters and design realistic workload models based on system architecture and usage patterns
Analyze test results, interpret metrics, visualize performance data, and prepare comprehensive test reports
Monitor critical infrastructure components including Kubernetes, databases, servers, and application services
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve system scalability, reliability, and response times
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to tune applications and environments
Perform performance testing and tuning for Salesforce applications
Review Salesforce system bottlenecks and recommend performance optimization strategies
Lead and mentor the internal performance testing team
Establish and maintain best practices for performance testing and performance tuning
Present performance findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders
Ensure performance testing activities align with business requirements and SLAs
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in Performance Engineering / Performance Testing
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
In-depth understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
Solid knowledge of Salesforce application architecture and performance optimization
Experience monitoring complex system environments (Kubernetes, databases, servers, services)
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Ability to work independently and drive performance initiatives end-to-end
Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
