Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet and assist visitors, applicants, clients, and staff
Maintain a professional front office environment
Order and track office supplies
Receive, sort, and distribute mail
Prepare hiring and onboarding materials
Support HR documentation and employee records
Assist leadership with administrative projects
Partner with the HR Manager on recruiting and special initiatives
Help improve office and workflow processes
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and data entry proficiency
Willingness to learn HR and administrative processes
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
3+ years of administrative, reception, or HR support experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience handling confidential records
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Preferred
Healthcare or medical office experience
