They are seeking a Senior Power Automate Developer & Administrator to lead the design, development, and governance of workflow automation across an enterprise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Power Automate workflows (cloud and desktop)
Develop integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, and external systems using APIs and connectors
Implement advanced workflow logic, approvals, exception handling, and monitoring
Optimize automations for performance, resiliency, and scalability
Produce clear technical and business documentation
Administer Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), connections, and capacity
Define and enforce governance standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management
Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security roles
Oversee deployment processes, versioning, and change management
Monitor usage, failures, and performance; proactively address risks and issues
Partner with business units, IT, security, and data teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions
Provide guidance and guardrails for citizen developers within an enterprise governance model
Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments related to automation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience designing and supporting Power Automate solutions in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Experience with enterprise governance, DLP policies, and environment strategy
Proven ability to integrate Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
Experience with Power Automate Desktop / RPA
Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or REST APIs
Experience supporting a Center of Excellence (CoE) model
Background in regulated or highly governed environments
