Manage the end-to-end quality, compliance, and submission of digital promotional materials within the Veeva platform
Ensure all content is accurately anchored, version-controlled, and submission-ready
Serve as a critical bridge between marketing, regulatory, medical, legal, writers, and designers
Translate RC and MLR feedback into clear, actionable guidance
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end quality control (including claims, references, ISI, and formatting)
Support the development and maintenance of core claims libraries
Own project tracking and workflow coordination to ensure consistent adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented with experience in managing quality and compliance of digital promotional materials
Experience with the Veeva platform
Ability to translate RC and MLR feedback into clear, actionable guidance
Experience in conducting comprehensive end-to-end quality control including claims, references, ISI, and formatting
Experience in supporting the development and maintenance of core claims libraries
Proven ability to own project tracking and workflow coordination
Strong understanding of timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
