Responsibilities
Assist with Process Improvement Projects: Help identify defects and implement corrective actions within manufacturing departments
Design and Conduct Experiments: Perform analysis of defects and assist in process development projects, including equipment changes and part storage
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to time studies, material flow, and waste analysis
Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles: Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
Create Engineering Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and standard work instructions for various processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Proficiency in engineering software and other tools is a plus
