Responsibilities
Manage multiple Building and Use & Occupancy plan submissions
Serve as a technical liaison for contractors, architects, engineers, and agencies
Perform ProjectDox/ePlan coordination, completeness checks, and workflow tracking
Assist engineers with fee calculations and plan/document compliance review
Conduct quality assurance on electronic applications and plan submissions
Support training of unit staff and assist in minor residential plan reviews
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
College-level coursework in Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry
One (1) year of paraprofessional engineering experience (or equivalent)
Must meet U.S. work authorization requirements; E-Verify participation applies
Valid driver's license
Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
Essential employee expected to report during emergencies and non-standard hours
