Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda across a broad spectrum of state and federal disputes
Manage discovery, depositions, and pre-trial strategy with increasing autonomy
Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support complex casework
Collaborate closely with partners and senior counsel on multifaceted litigation matters
Engage directly with clients, managing day-to-day communications and case updates
Qualification
Required
Class years 2017–2020 with strong experience in litigation at a top-tier firm
Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
Admitted to the Texas Bar (or eligible for admission)
Preferred
Judicial clerkship (district or appellate) preferred but not required
Exposure to areas such as energy, fiduciary, employment, privacy, or securities litigation advantageous
