Responsibilities
Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters from early strategy through to resolution
Draft high-quality motions, briefs and memoranda with strong analytical insight
Participate in depositions, court appearances and evidentiary hearings, including first or second chair opportunities where appropriate
Collaborate with partners and colleagues while also working independently on key workstreams
Engage with clients directly and contribute to case strategy development
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience
Strong researcher and writer with excellent advocacy skills
Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing responsibilities with limited supervision
Member of the California Bar
Preferred
Judicial clerkship experience is an advantage
