Responsibilities
Handle patent litigation cases from inception through resolution
Participate in PTAB disputes and appellate matters
Work closely with a diverse range of clients, particularly in the tech and engineering sectors
Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and lead discovery efforts
Qualification
Required
Talented attorneys from law school class years 2018 – 2021
Handle patent litigation cases from inception through resolution
Participate in PTAB disputes and appellate matters
Work closely with a diverse range of clients, particularly in the tech and engineering sectors
Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and lead discovery efforts
Top law school credentials and strong IP/patent litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar technical field (highly preferred)
CAFC clerkship experience is a plus
Experience with PTAB disputes is also a bonus
