Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end EHR implementation initiatives, from planning through go-live and stabilization
Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Coordinating efforts across clinical, technical, operational, and vendor teams
Facilitating stakeholder meetings and providing clear status reporting
Supporting change management, training coordination, and user adoption efforts
Ensuring project activities align with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
Identifying and resolving risks and issues to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic or comparable systems)
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in hybrid/on-site environments
have strong and current EHR implementation exp. Preferably EPIC or Cerner
Preferred
Experience in public health, behavioral health, or hospital settings
Advanced degree in healthcare, IT, or business-related fields
Experience working in regulated or public-sector healthcare organizations
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
