Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Draft briefs, motions, and litigation memoranda with precision and clarity
Take and defend depositions with partner support
Manage discovery for complex commercial matters, including e-discovery and court submissions
Assist with trial preparation in state and federal courts
Navigate federal and state e-filing systems and support case management across multiple jurisdictions
Engage with clients and contribute to strategic planning
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of litigation experience at a respected law firm
Strong familiarity with North Carolina and South Carolina courts; NC Business Court experience a plus
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
Active member of the North Carolina Bar (required)
