They are seeking an IP Associate or Patent Agent with a strong technical background in the biological sciences to draft and prosecute patent applications, conduct evaluations, and provide client service in a collaborative environment.

Conduct patent portfolio evaluations and due diligence investigations

Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related discipline
USPTO registration required
Minimum 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, evaluating patent portfolios, and conducting due diligence investigations
Exceptional organizational, communication (written and oral), and leadership skills
Comfort working directly with clients and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Law firm experience preferred
