Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs across complex litigation matters
Manage written and electronic discovery, including document productions and deposition preparation
Support securities litigation and class action defence matters from early stages through resolution
Assist with government and regulatory enforcement-related disputes
Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical litigation analysis
Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communications
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of relevant litigation experience, ideally from a mid-size to large law firm
Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
Excellent academic credentials with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
Preferred
Federal district or appellate clerkship experience is beneficial but not required
