Responsibilities
Manage and support litigation matters involving real estate disputes, fraud claims, breach of contract and breach of lease issues, and general commercial litigation
Draft complaints, motions, briefs and discovery materials with strong analytical precision
Participate in discovery strategy, document review, and case preparation
Engage in court appearances and depositions where appropriate, with support from senior lawyers
Deliver excellent client service and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally including real estate-related disputes
Strong academic credentials with exceptional legal writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident, articulate and comfortable appearing in court
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required
Member of the California Bar, in good standing
