Responsibilities
Receptionist Assistant, covering the front desk/reception area, greeting guests and vendors, and receiving and logging very important loan packages and deliveries
Speaks in a clear and friendly manner while answering the phone. Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions
Sorts and distributes mail
Monitors the companies LiveChat forum
Provides support for setup and cleanup of events including light technical support in meeting rooms
Assists our IT department with service tickets and follow up calls (No previous IT experience needed)
Assists with monthly invoicing
Escorts Vendors
Delivers packages (up to 20 lbs.)
Works independently and as part of a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have and display good ethics and professionalism
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
