Responsibilities
Support and manage general commercial litigation matters from early stages through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials with strong analytical focus
Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development
Participate in discovery, depositions, and court appearances as appropriate
Work closely with partners and colleagues while delivering high-quality client service
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of general litigation experience gained in a law firm environment
Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Client-focused, organised, and comfortable working collaboratively within a team
Member of the Minnesota Bar, in good standing
Preferred
Deposition or court appearance experience is beneficial but not required
