Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court submissions
Participate in discovery, including document review and strategy development
Support hearings, depositions, and broader case preparation
Work closely with partners and colleagues on complex litigation matters
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of civil litigation experience gained in a law firm environment
Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Confident advocate with a detail-oriented and organised approach to practice
Collaborative, professional, and client-focused
Member of the Florida Bar (required)
