Manage all provider-related HR transactions
Ensure the accuracy of HR data
Support total rewards guidance with a high level of service excellence
Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues
Coordinate key annual provider processes
Identify opportunities to improve workflows that impact the provider and for-profit experience
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/ GED
2 years of Human Resources experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Ability to navigate complex issues with minimal direction
Strong critical thinking and root-cause analysis skills
Preferred
Associate degree
Experience managing HR data within an HRIS system
Previous Benefits Administration Experience
Experience supporting providers, physicians, residents, or advanced practice clinicians
Experience working in a healthcare HR environment
Experience leading or coordinating process improvement efforts
Experience facilitating meetings or leading discussions across departments
Experience in project coordination or leading cross-functional initiatives
