Responsibilities
Represent issuers, directors and officers in securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation and related civil disputes
Support internal investigations for audit and special committees involving accounting issues, whistleblower allegations, and anti-bribery matters (including FCPA)
Assist in defending companies and individuals in DOJ and SEC investigations and enforcement proceedings
Draft high-quality motions, briefs and memoranda, and handle discovery across complex litigation and regulatory matters
Engage directly with sophisticated clients in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualification
Required
An associate with 4+ years of securities litigation experience from a respected firm
Strong academic credentials with excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills
Capable of managing significant responsibility across complex matters with precision and judgement
Barred in the state of the office applied for, or eligible to sit or waive in
