Help Desk Technician
Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Oregon is seeking a Tier 1 help desk technician. This role serves as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance, involving the diagnosis and resolution of basic hardware, software, and network issues.

Diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues such as password resets and Microsoft 365 problems
Ticket management
Utilizing remote access tools for user support
Escalating complex issues to higher-tier support while keeping users informed
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Two years of experience in a help desk, customer service or technical support role
Valid Drivers License and be insurable by CTWS
Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Preferred
Two years of experience in a help desk, customer service or technical support role
CompTIA+ or Microsoft office Specialist (MOS) or related certifications
