Draft dispositive, expert, and discovery-related motions
Take and defend depositions
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and briefs
Support case strategy, motion practice, and client communications
Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex disputes
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience
Strong background in business litigation and business torts
Confident handling depositions and substantive motion practice
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
Admitted to practice in Florida
