Required

Customer Service skills, including active listening and an ability to address client concerns with professionalism
Understanding of Finance principles and financial planning strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses in life insurance sales are a plus
Experience with client relationship management tools is beneficial
