Responsibilities
Maintain a strong grasp of AI workloads, compute/storage/network requirements, and datacenter architecture to facilitate informed decision-making
Ensure program goals, scope, and requirements are clearly defined by stakeholders, documented, and approved by stakeholders
Create program roadmaps and detailed timeline outlining milestones, critical paths, and deliverables
Lead engineering, hardware, networking, operations, and procurement teams to deliver infrastructure programs on time and within budget
Manage scope and schedule changes to minimize impact on overall objectives
Manage and track engineering sample demand and supply, coordinating with the supply chain and others to meet engineering needs
Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and managed
Monitor program progress and provide regular updates on status, including key performance metrics, challenges, and escalations
Track and manage potential risks with mitigation and contingency plans to minimize program impact
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering (E.E./C.S) or Equivalent Experience
5+ years experience in product development, ideally with product shipping experience in medium-to-high volume industry
Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when required
Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
