Qualification
Required
An advanced degree in engineering is required
1-4 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications
Experience in IP due diligence and FTO analyses is required
USPTO Registration: Required to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Strong academic credentials
Superior organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
A creative, client-focused approach to IP law
Preferred
