Responsibilities
Support a broad range of complex commercial and business litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for trial and appellate proceedings
Conduct in-depth legal research and contribute to strategic case development
Work directly with partners and clients on high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters
Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of commercial litigation experience gained at a top-tier firm
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral advocacy skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, client-focused approach
Active member of the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission)
Preferred
Federal clerkship experience (or current federal clerks completing the 2024–2025 term) highly valued
