Purchasing Coordinator
Spectrum is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products for residential and business customers. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will assist with the purchasing process, manage purchase orders, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure adherence to budget and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders through all stages
Develop and maintain productive relationships in the supplier community including vendors and various programs to enhance Spectrum’s reputation in the communities served
Reconcile invoice and shipment discrepancies, and communicate results on issue resolution
Assist with capital budget preparation and ensure adherence to budget and other reports as required
Purchase and negotiate local maintenance agreements
Qualification
Required
Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in corporate purchasing or general accounting
Experience with Ariba and SAP
