Required

Server Hardware experience (console & configuration)
Networking Essentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pro-active work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as with guidance

Server console experience as well as mid-level Excel skills and a great deal of attention to detail
Project Management General
ServiceNow

Preferred

Knowledge of BMC ITSM Remedy
Knowledge of HP & DELL server configurations
