Qualification
Required
1–3 years of warehouse or retail production experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Knowledge of sorting, clothing categories, or warehouse processes
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
A passion for our Mission and Vision
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior leadership experience a plus
