Qualification
Required
Ability to install, service, replace, train on, and repair wall molding, caulking, and drywall damage
Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
Ability to work with counter tops and cabinets
Ability to work with window screens, runners, stripping, curtain bars, and blinds
Knowledge of irrigation systems
Ability to work with interior and exterior doors
Knowledge of electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches and fuses
Ability to work with light fixtures
Knowledge of HVAC systems
Ability to work with appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers
Ability to work with toilets, sinks, vanities and disposals
Knowledge of pest control and removal
Ability to work with fencing
Knowledge of gutters, down spouts and connecting hoses
Ability to clean drains and sewer lines up to 4”
Must be able to operate a golf cart

Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with other employees and guests on the property

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
Candidates must successfully pass a license background check as part of the hiring process
Maintain a valid motor vehicle record (MVR) throughout employment
