Responsibilities
Partner with North America QTC stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and consult on technology solutions that support business outcomes
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and decision making through global technology platforms and best-in-class technologies
Translate business needs into actional technical and operational solutions that contribute to revenue growth, cost optimization and/or the customer experience
Develop business cases and technology proposals, aligning priorities across regional and functional teams
Lead project and program execution, including planning, risk management, escalation handling and consistent communication
Create and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies or processes, including communication, training and contingency planning
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to BD’s digital transformation efforts
Collaborate with TGS portfolio teams to align on project prioritization, ensuring effective resource allocation and outcome delivery
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, TGS and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment

Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience
