Proven ability to work independently
Lead preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications
Advise clients on strategic IP matters across electrical, computer science, or bioscience fields
Manage client relationships and expand practice through business development
JD or equivalent technical degree in electrical, computer science, or biosciences
6+ years of patent prosecution experience
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdictions
