Responsibilities
Mentoring a senior-only team of specialists to solve complex B2B challenges and manage high-level partnerships
Auditing the portfolio to ensure the 'Holini Way' is executed consistently and at a high standard across all accounts
Mapping repetitive manual tasks within the PPC workflow and partnering with the R&D Hub to build automated solutions
Managing department profitability and driving efficiency
Designing cross-channel strategies that bridge the gap between ad platforms and client CRM data
Moving the needle on advanced metrics like incrementality, profit-on-ad-spend (POAS), and lead-to-revenue mapping
Partnering with the Data and Performance Design departments to ensure a unified, tech-enabled growth engine for every client
Refining our proprietary PPC playbooks to stay ahead of platform shifts and B2B market dynamics
