Responsibilities
Manage complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and discovery materials with strong analytical insight
Conduct legal research, support case strategy, and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on large-scale litigation matters across industries
Maintain responsibility for project management, deadlines, and client communication
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of litigation experience, ideally gained at an Am Law 100 firm
Background in complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, class actions, antitrust, securities, and governance matters
Courtroom experience and strong advocacy skills
Strong academic credentials, graduating in the top 30 % from a nationally recognised law school
Excellent writing, research, oral advocacy, and project management skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and anticipate next steps in fast-moving matters
Member of the California Bar (required)
