Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Advise and represent employers on labor and employment matters under federal and state law
Handle traditional labor matters, including issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act and union-related matters
Provide day-to-day employment counselling to management teams on compliance, workforce policies, and employee relations
Represent employers in administrative proceedings and related disputes
Draft memoranda, position statements, and other written advocacy materials
Participate in client development initiatives and professional networking activities
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of labor and employment experience representing employers
Strong grounding in traditional labor law, including union-related matters and NLRA issues
Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and communication skills
Comfortable with direct client interaction and advisory work
Commercial, practical approach to problem-solving in a fast-moving practice
