Client Clinical Engagement Manager

Imagine360 is seeking a Client Clinical Engagement Manager to join the team! This role combines clinical expertise with client engagement, ensuring alignment between clinical programs and each client's benefit strategy, while translating complex clinical data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Act as a clinical consultant and trusted advisor to employer clients, supporting renewals and expansion of Imagine360 medical management solutions
Deliver semi-annual and annual client reviews, highlighting clinical outcomes, cost savings, and opportunities for improvement
Analyze medical and pharmacy claims, biometrics, and engagement data to identify cost drivers, care gaps, and population health risks
Recommend benefit design strategies and clinical programs (e.g., chronic condition management, transplant protocols, mental health initiatives) to improve outcomes and control costs
Provide clear, compelling presentations and reports to executive-level stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Analytics, Care Coordination, PBM partners) to ensure seamless delivery of clinical solutions
Serve as the escalation point for complex clinical inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Educate brokers and client stakeholders on trends in population health, cost containment, and value-based care
Support Account Managers in articulating the clinical value of Imagine360's services during renewals and strategic planning
Evaluate vendors in the clinical space for complimentary support to add to existing medical management programs and department
Design and help lead and implement innovative solutions and incentives
Ensure all recommendations adhere to evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements
Experience with care management software platforms and comfort with drilling in and summarizing care management activities
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Required

MSN or advanced clinical degree required
Minimum 8 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing or managed care setting
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex clinical and cost data
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and strategic reviews

Preferred

MPH or MBA preferred
Experience with self-funded employers, TPAs, or health plans strongly preferred
